These terms apply to the use of nexar.gr. Use of the licensed apps is governed by the agreement or quote each customer signs.

Who owns the site

nexar.gr belongs to Anastasios Gavriliadis (Nexar). Contact: info@nexar.gr.

Content and trademarks

The names nexar, NexarSpin, NexarBill, NexarTrack, NexarPulse, NexarScope, the logos, texts, images and software are the property of Nexar. Copying, modifying or republishing them without written permission is not allowed.

Information on the site

Product and service descriptions are for information and may change. They are not an offer. Prices and terms are given in writing, with a quote to each station.

Customer accounts

Your account on my.nexar.gr is personal. Keep your password secret and give access to colleagues only through the users the account provides. If you suspect someone else is signing in, write to us immediately at info@nexar.gr.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site running without interruption and its texts accurate, but we cannot guarantee there will be no problems or errors. For licensed apps, the terms of each customer’s agreement apply.

Links to other sites

Links to other sites (e.g. the App Store) lead to pages we do not control. Their own terms apply.

Law

Greek law applies.
